What you’ll be doing

As a Business Systems Analyst Co-Op, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Power Automate workflows to support data governance initiatives, ensuring efficient and reliable automation of key processes. Additionally, you will provide technical support to the IT Asset Management (ITAM) squad within ServiceNow, assisting with strategic initiatives, configuration, troubleshooting, and ad hoc technical requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across both areas.

How you’ll succeed

  • Strategy & Technology Design - Designs, implements, configures, and manages solutions within the supported technologies, products, and services. Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches for operational tasks. Knowledge of system and network architecture and integrations – both technical and functional.
  • Automation & Solution Development - Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows within supported platforms such as Power Automate and ServiceNow. Proactively research and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes. Demonstrate a strong understanding of system integrations and technical requirements to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
  • Data Governance & Compliance - Support data quality and governance initiatives by configuring and monitoring automated processes. Assist in identifying, documenting, and addressing compliance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance data integrity and regulatory adherence. Participate in process reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for data management.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions that align with organizational objectives. Communicate insights and technical findings clearly, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and supporting team initiatives.
