We’re currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Client Lead to join our Tax - Inbound Advisory Services team. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work hybrid or fully remote.

What You’ll Do
-
Lead multiple client facing engagement teams delivering Canadian tax advisory services in an international context, including tax planning and compliance for businesses entering the Canadian market
-
Manage a portfolio of clients by developing a deep understanding of their businesses, key risks, and value add opportunities
-
Oversee engagement planning, scheduling, and financial management (budgets, WIP, billing, etc.)

Apply specialized tax knowledge to proactively identify and resolve technical and reporting issues
-
Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements and new ideas
-
Mentor, coach, and develop team members through clear expectations and ongoing feedback
-
Support business development initiatives
What You Bring
- CPA designation (required)
- Master’s Degree in Taxation or In Depth Tax specialization (preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive tax consulting experience, with at least 2 years focused on income tax, sales tax, or global mobility tax for companies coming inbound to Canada
- Strong expertise in Canadian corporate income taxation, including compliance and research
- Moderate knowledge of Canadian sales tax fundamentals
- Moderate knowledge of Canadian personal tax considerations related to employee global mobility programs
- Experience reviewing Canadian tax compliance filings
- Demonstrated leadership experience leading engagements, advising clients, mentoring teams, and managing performance.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and develop high performing teams
- Strong relationship building skills with clients and stakeholders
