Celebrate the Lunar New Year like no other with LunarFest!

An annual festival that brings together the diverse communities of Vancouver to welcome a new year, LunarFest presents a variety of activities for all ages throughout February. In 2026, under the theme Brave the Wind, we are following the horse’s fearlessness in charging forwards into a harmonious future.

Join us in welcoming the Year of the Horse!

Dates: between Feb 14 - 28 Locations: Ocean Artworks (Granville Island), Orpheum, Performance Works (Granville Island)
