Business Systems Analyst (Banking Domain)

Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F) interview may be required.
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong Banking background to join our client's team.
Required Skills: ✅ 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst ✅ 5+ years of experience in Banking (Business Analysis/Data Analysis) ✅ Expertise in: Requirements Gathering & Analysis Data Mapping & Data Analysis Use Case Development Business & System Documentation Stakeholder Management UAT & QA Support SDLC and Agile methodologies
Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams. Support Development, QA, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Review test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Identify project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints. Deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
