You’ll play a key role in assembling, refining, and delivering products that support aviation and defence missions worldwide. Every detail you shape contributes to safety, precision, and performance. Job Description At CAE, our manufacturing teams play a key role in transforming innovative concepts into advanced products. In this strategic role, you will lead a multi-year manufacturing transformation, focused on modernizing operations, improving flow, and enhancing overall performance. You will work in a complex and fast-paced environment where leadership and operational excellence are critical. Duties & Responsibilities Operations & Flow Optimization Redesign workspaces, production cells and logistics areas. Support transformation projects across manufacturing, assembly and testing. Standardization & Digital Manufacturing Develop and deploy standard work and planning processes. Support digital manufacturing tools rollout (MES, digital instructions). Material Flow & Inventory Improve internal logistics and material handling. Support inventory reduction initiatives. Lean & Performance Management Implement Lean principles across operations. Develop and maintain operational KPIs. Leadership & Team Development Lead and develop industrial engineering teams. Ensure alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain and Production. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in complex manufacturing environments. Proven experience in leadership and transformation initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing transformation programs. Lean / Six Sigma expertise. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple initiatives. Stakeholder management and influence skills. Continuous improvement mindset. Team leadership and development experience.
