- Work with teammates in product, marketing, engineering, analytics, and finance to craft monetization experiences through new features and enhancements
- Define and shape end-to-end monetization workflows, starting from early ideas and sketches, progressing to interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and final implementation
- Leverage customer insights to drive decisions aimed at improving conversion, upgrades, retention, and subscription management experiences
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs around pricing, plans, billing, and payments, as well as competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Elevate the design culture at Superhuman by pursuing remarkable quality in your design craft and producing consistent, high-quality work that supports revenue growth
- Partner with product managers to set the vision for monetization initiatives and build a roadmap of projects that improve revenue, conversion, and customer trust
- Engage with Product, Marketing, Brand, and Finance stakeholders, effectively communicating design updates to leadership for feedback and approval
- Advise product and engineering teammates through a deep understanding of monetization patterns and systems, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices
- Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and finance to improve processes and deliver reliable, scalable monetization features across the product
