Overview: The Property Manager oversees daily operations, profitability, and resident satisfaction for a residential property in Sherbrooke. This role includes staff supervision, leasing, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and address resident concerns promptly.
- Manage leasing activities, including tours, applications, renewals, and rent collection.
- Lead, train, and schedule staff; monitor performance and resolve conflicts.
- Oversee budgets, capital plans, and vendor management.
- Ensure maintenance, safety compliance, and cleanliness of the property.
Compensation:
- Signing bonus

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of building systems and minor repairs.
- Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software.
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
