Location: Central Quebec (Saint-Hyacinthe, Drummondville, Victoriaville, Sherbrooke)
Position Description
We are looking for an experienced and team-first individual to fill the position of Retail Sales Representative for the Central Quebec territory.
As the RSR you will focus on our Key IC MPP and National Account partners. You must possess passion, initiative, and creativity along with the ability to create and foster strong business relationships. This sales position requires great industry and product knowledge and the ability to communicate Milwaukee’s commitment to excellence. This role will offer you a foundation for all future roles with the opportunity to work with many different channels within the Milwaukee Team.
In this position, the RSR will:
Execute all assigned tasks with our IC partners, be a key driver in POS sell through, provide on-time reporting and territory recaps, and show the ability to plan effectively.
What You Will Do
- Grow the Milwaukee brand presence at our primary partners and drive sales throughout their branch network.
- Executing best-in-class branch events and weekly sales driving initiatives.
- Complete weekly/ monthly off-shelf merchandising plans to drive incremental sales.
- Work with the Account Managers to implement their Quarterly plans.
- Execute planned Redzone builds and enhancements and branch resets.
- Be a Brand Ambassador and engage sales staff through weekly PK Sessions building a positive brand culture with our key account sales teams.
- Manage a large territory with extensive travel requirements.
- Drive sell-through and Merchandising excellence for all branches in the assigned region.
- Report Daily activity through Monday.com.
- Manage assigned T&E and POS budgets.
- Execute quarterly and monthly plans at the branch level.
- Leverage your industry knowledge to gain additional real estate and influence both inside and outside sellers.
- Work closely with the TM’s to support and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
- Maintain product knowledge excellence through continued focus on existing and new product training.
- Independently organize and execute PK training at key branches within the assigned region.
- Manage the opportunities for end users collaboratively with your TM and JSS teams.
- Build and execute strategic plans for your region of responsibility.
- You leverage your excellent communication skills to influence and build relationships.
- A multi-tasker that can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Strong background in sales and displays superior product knowledge.
- A team-first player with a passion for excellence
- You have excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
- Enthusiastic about learning, eager to give and receive feedback.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract.
- Ability to travel extensively.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant Industry Experience.
- Have 1 + year of related sales and sales leadership experience.
- Are proficient with computers and have experience using all Microsoft Office Programs
- Built effective business communication skills, broad business perspective, and market savvy.
