About the role
We are recruiting a Critical Care or Intensive Care Unit/Complex Care Nurse with a flexible approach to join our team. The role involves rotating across over Nurse-led care packages in Dorset and Hampshire. This full-time position requires a candidate who has substantial experience in managing tracheostomies, operating ventilation equipment, and handling PEG feeding tubes. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering high-quality care in these specialised areas, ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients.
The Successful Candidate In This Role Must Be

- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

- Passionate and empathetic.
- Driving licence is essential.
- Extensive experience in ICU or patients with complex needs in the community.
- Proof of your right to live and work in the UK.
Responsibilities Includes
- Tracheostomy care and ventilation
- Operating equipment such as ventilators, suction machines, cough assist machine, enteral pumps and others.
- Seizure management
- Administration of medications
- Physio
- Manual handling
- Be able to cover/float around our Nurse-led packages in Poole, Dorset and Southampton, Hampshire.
Your rewards Market leading rate of pay: £40.00/hour flat rate (Mondays to Sundays)
