Livingstone School

Livingstone School in Lundbreck, Alberta, is seeking to employ the very best school-based staff in Alberta! Lundbreck School requires a part-time Administrative Assistant. This position will commence on August 18, 2025.

This front-line position requires the following skills and attributes to be successful in a challenging and ever-changing environment:

  • College/University administrative training (or equivalent)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person, electronically, and on the phone
  • Welcoming, approachable, and friendly disposition
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Google and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and experience with finance software and monitoring school budgets
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
  • Experience with information system software program(s)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional work ethic
  • Flexibility
  • Experience with scheduling
