About the role
We're a small team of world-class DTC marketers obsessed with creating amazing emails that convert.
We're searching for a strategic thinker to manage and grow lifecycle marketing programs across email and SMS. You'll be responsible for creating high-converting campaigns, and data-backed optimizations that drive revenue for our DTC clients.
What you'll do:
- Develop a monthly email calendar + write creative briefs for copywriters
- Research trends, customer insights, and behavioral triggers to inform messaging
- Own client relationships - you're the reason they trust Bedford and they reason they keep working with us
- Manage 5-9 core brands
What you bring:
- 2-4 years of lifecycle/email marketing experience (DTC/eCommerce preferred)
- Strong copy instincts + ability to write or revise copy to match brand voice
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs (flows, logic, segmentation, testing)
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts
- Bias for action and problem-solving - you take ownership, not orders
