About the role
The Care Aide Learner (CAL) is an employed learner enrolled in, or conditionally accepted to, a recognized Health Care Aide education program and working toward eligibility for regulated Health Care Aide practice. They are also expected to intentionally live Covenant¿s Values in day to day practice, reflected in their decision making, interactions, teamwork, and overall approach to care. Care Aide Learners provide direct personal care and support services under the direction and supervision of regulated health professionals, within an authorized learner scope aligned with care plans, organizational policies, and defined learning objectives.
