Job Description Flying Post Camp and Logistics in partnership with ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services are hiring a Guest Service Associate for a remote lodge near Timmins/Sudbury, ON. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs, booking reservations, act as a point of reference for guests who need information and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation.
- Comprehensive benefit packages are offered
- Transportaion is provided from Timmins or Sudbury, ON
- Rotations are 14 days on / 14 days off
Please note all candidates considered for hire will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment Drug and Alchol test and a criminal background check
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
- Supply guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and other information such as available services and points of interest.
- Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration
- Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions.
- Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed.
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Coordinate resolution of guest concerns
- Communicates closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications
- Previous guest services experience required
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
