Pharmacy Manager – Confidential Search Location: Mississauga, ON Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary Range: $ 90,000 to 120,000 About the Opportunity We are a growing healthcare organization in the Greater Toronto Area, seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations. We are conducting a confidential search, the company details will be shared with shortlisted candidates. Role Summary The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure safe and effective medication use, manage staff, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. This role blends clinical oversight, operational management, and leadership, with direct oversight of a team of 5 to 10 employees. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day pharmacy workflow including dispensing, verification, and inventory control Ensure timely, accurate prescription processing and safe dispensing practices Manage and supervise a team of 5–10 employees, including pharmacists, technicians,pharmacy assistants and support staff Manage staffing schedules and workflow efficiency Maintain inventory control, including narcotics and controlled substances Ensure adherence to Ontario College of Pharmacists standards; lead audits and quality improvement initiatives Monitor pharmacy KPIs (prescription volume, wait times, revenue) and manage budgets and cost control Recruit, train, and evaluate team members; foster a positive, high-performance environment Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD Must hold and maintain registration as a Part A Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists Minimum 4 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist, including at least 2 years in a pharmacy leadership, supervisory, or Pharmacy Manager capacity.
