Manager – Rosemount Integrated Support Program (Full-Time Permanent)
The Role and Opportunity
The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) – Toronto is looking for aProgram Manager for our Rosemount Integrated Support Program.
The Rosemount Integrated Support Program is a new coordinated model of care supporting individuals living with complex mental health and substance use challenges. Operating across three homes, the program combines occupancy and residential tenancy agreements to meet a range of client needs through housing stability, wraparound supports, and community integration.
The Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality, consistent support and care coordination across the three supportive housing homes. This includes overseeing daily operations, fostering a safe and inclusive campus culture, managing client programming, and strengthening collaboration among internal and external service providers. The ideal candidate is passionate about harm reduction, mental health and addictions support, and community engagement.
Hiring Range: $78,238 - $85,718
Salary Range of Role: $78, 238 - $91,105
Hours of Work: 35 per week

Responsibilities
Oversight and Coordination

Manage day-to-day operations across all three homes (86, 87, 89 Rosemount). On call during evening and weekends

Ensure consistent application of trauma-informed, harm reduction, and housing-first practices

Monitor safety, staff practices, and overall Campus culture
Client Engagement and Programming
- Facilitate individual and group activities (e.g., life skills, wellness, eviction prevention)
- Identify early warning signs of tenant distress and initiate appropriate interventions
- Promote social inclusion and peer connection among residents
Service Coordination and Navigation
- Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, peer support, housing) and external service providers (mental health, primary care, legal supports)
- Ensure case managers are actively integrated into daily support — not only crisis response
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multidisciplinary service delivery
Community Engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to engage the local community and reduce stigma
- Address neighbourhood concerns in a proactive and constructive manner
Experience & Education Required
- Degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in supportive housing, mental health, or addictions services.
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate services across multiple sites
- Strong understanding of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and eviction prevention strategies
- Demonstrated experience in group facilitation, community outreach, and program development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle an asset
