About the role
We're hiring an AI-Native Product Builder (Toronto/GTA, Remote) for a venture-backed US-Based software company that's fundamentally rethinking how modern product teams operate. Following a recent period of growth, the company is expanding its product organization and investing heavily in people who thrive at the intersection of product, design, and AI.
This is not a traditional Product Manager or Product Designer role. Instead of operating in silos, the team is built around individuals who own problems from discovery through delivery. They're looking for builders who enjoy understanding customer problems, designing thoughtful experiences, leveraging AI to prototype and iterate quickly, and collaborating closely with engineering to bring ideas to life. This is a highly autonomous environment where ownership, curiosity, and speed are valued just as much as technical ability. If you're energized by wearing multiple hats, learning continuously, and helping shape how products are built in the AI era, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, or a hybrid Product Builder role Experience working within B2B SaaS or startup environments Comfortable contributing across product strategy, UX/UI, customer discovery, and technical implementation Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Codex, GPT workflows, and Figma AI as part of your daily workflow Strong product intuition with the ability to simplify complex user problems into intuitive experiences Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with high ownership and ambiguity Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience building AI-powered features or workflow automation Startup or high-growth company experience Exposure to operational, workflow-heavy, or data-driven products Ability to rapidly prototype ideas and validate concepts using AI Basic frontend development knowledge or experience collaborating closely with engineering Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn outside your primary discipline
