POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director of Corporate Services, the Administrative Assistant provides a wide range of confidential administrative and coordination support services to the Corporate Services Department and the broader Administration team. The position plays a key role in supporting daily administrative operations, internal communications, records management, and coordination of meetings, committees, and corporate processes across the organization.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

  • Time, Permanent; 37.5 hours per week

  • On-site with flexibility in remote work

COMPENSATION: $66,177 - $70,000 annually
