CloudQ is Hiring – Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
CloudQ is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expertise to lead marketing automation and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze marketing automation requirements; design scalable solutions using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
Drive segmentation, personalization, campaign execution, and integrations with Loyalty Cloud and Data Cloud.
Monitor and optimize workflows, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance (CASL, GDPR).
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing platform enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of SFMC experience, including SQL, AMPscript, and working with data extensions.
Knowledge of Loyalty Cloud and Data Cloud is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Loyalty, Data Cloud) preferred.
