About the role
Support the organization on the key processes of international trade compliance by developing, implementing, and monitoring efficient controls and corrective actions to maintain best in practice compliance. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all compliance requirements are met and that the organization is prepared for audits and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with international trade regulations.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in compliance or a related field.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
