What We’re Looking For:

We’ve been making paper products for 175 years! Our heavy manufacturing facility in Rothschild operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. We are currently seeking hourly, maintenance team members with craft qualifications and experience in a manufacturing setting.

Millwright responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Installation and maintenance of machinery and rotating equipment

  • Adjustment and alignment of machinery and rotating equipment

  • Ability to read technical instructions and blueprints

  • Construction/repair of buildings and grounds

  • Responsible for safely rigging and lifting potentially heavy loads

  • Participate in and learn precision maintenance skills

  • Eligible for maintenance craft skill enhancement – flexing to other trades/skills.

  • Respond to call-ins, work shift work, overtime, Sundays and holidays as required

  • Respond to call-ins, rotating shift work schedule likely, overtime, Sundays and holidays as required

Education and Aptitude Qualifications:

  • A State of Wisconsin Millwright Journeyman card is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting of up to 100 lbs. occasionally, lifting of up to 50 lbs. frequently,

  • Standing 6-8 hours, sitting 1-3 hours, driving 1-3 hours in a shift,

  • In performance of work tasks must be able to kneel, squat, crawl, climb, bend, reach and twist,

  • Performs grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling and use of foot controls in regular work tasks.

Selection: Selection of candidate will be made utilizing a validated qualifications and pre-employment screenings.

You will be required to successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions), and a fitness-for-duty test (for some positions).
