Parts Helper – Oakville Nissan & Oakville INFINITI
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Oakville, ON
Oakville Nissan and Oakville INFINITI — two flagship, newly renovated facilities located off the QEW & Third Line — are looking for a dedicated Parts Helper to support our growing Fixed Operations Department across both stores.
This role is designed for someone who wants to develop in the Parts & Service side of the automotive industry. It supports the Parts Advisors and Technicians while helping maintain the efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism our customers expect.
About the Role
The Parts Helper plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the Parts Department. Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- Receiving, verifying, stocking, and labeling incoming parts
- Pulling parts for technician work orders in a timely manner
- Assisting with tire storage management (intake, tagging, organizing, locating, and maintaining accurate records)
- Preparing and processing returns, cores, and warranty parts
- Maintaining a clean, structured, and efficient parts area
- Providing general support to both Parts and Service teams
This role directly impacts department workflow, turnaround times, and overall service quality.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an individual who is:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
- Proactive and eager to support multiple departments
- Interested in learning and growing within the automotive sector
- Available Monday to Friday (full-time)
Previous automotive experience is an asset but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate with the right attitude.
