About the role
Hiring: Construction Technologist (12-Month Contract)
Location: Surrey, BC (Full-time onsite for first 6 months, then hybrid potential) Pay: $65–75/hr Incorporated (depending on experience)
Duration: 12-month contract with strong extension potential
We're looking for an experienced Construction Technologist to support planning, estimating, scheduling, field coordination, and construction project delivery. This role includes both office work and site visits throughout British Columbia.
Requirements
✅ Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Forestry, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related trade (e.g., Electrician, Power Line Technician, Millwright) ✅ 5+ years of experience in construction and/or project management (field or office) ✅ Experience supporting construction projects through planning, estimating, scheduling, or coordination ✅ Strong estimating, scheduling, and project coordination skills ✅ Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and access to a personal vehicle (required for site visits)
