– North America’s largest tank truck transporter – is looking for a Controller
who thrives on challenge, teamwork, and making an impact.
This isn’t your typical behind-the-desk role. We’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, lead with confidence, and bring enthusiasm to financial management while supporting operations that keep communities moving.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead with purpose – Guide and support an engaged admin team, making sure reports, processes, and tools run smoothly.
- Own the numbers – Deliver accurate, timely financial reports and dive into balance sheet reconciliations to keep us on track.
- Keep us compliant – From payroll and WCB to GST, IFTA, and audits, you’ll be the one ensuring everything checks out.
- Support the business – Oversee billing, payables, payroll, insurance, benefits, and even fleet and property systems.
- Think bigger – Partner with leadership to evaluate strategic growth, improve systems, and support projects across the wider KAG network.
What You Bring
- CPA designation (and the drive to use it!).
- A degree in business, accounting, finance, commerce, or logistics.
- Supervisory experience – do you know how to lead and inspire a team? Bonus
- Strong Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Transportation industry experience? That’s a huge plus.
