Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Set the standard for safety, service, and merchandising while coaching and developing your team.
  • Drive Retail Success: Achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and execute merchandising strategies to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for customer service and team development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Kronos, D365).
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule and meet operational needs.
