About the role

Job Description

The Associate Director, Production Support is responsible for overseeing the production support team and ensuring the stability and performance of applications in the Capital Markets platform. This role involves managing incidents, coordinating with various teams, and implementing best practices for production support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the production support team to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and reliability.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for production support processes.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production support or application support roles.
  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets applications and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages for automation.
  • Previous leadership experience in a technical environment.
