This role would help drive the execution of marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, email campaigns, and event support. This role involves coordinating projects, tracking deadlines, maintaining marketing assets, and supporting analytics and reporting to ensure campaigns run smoothly and align with brand standards. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, coordination, and distribution of marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, newsletters, promotional materials, and website updates.
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event-based platforms.
- Coordinate marketing projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information, campaign requirements, and event details to ensure accurate and timely content creation.
- Manage social media scheduling and publishing; monitor engagement, respond or escalate inquiries as appropriate, and track performance metrics.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events such as webinars, conferences, trade shows, and internal initiatives.
- Maintain organized documentation of marketing workflows, approvals, asset libraries, campaign calendars, and status reports.
- Review and validate content and creative assets generated through AI-assisted tools to ensure accuracy, quality, compliance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support basic reporting and analytics activities, compiling campaign performance data and identifying insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Bilingual (English/French) is required.
- 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Solid understanding of core marketing principles, including digital campaigns, content marketing, brand positioning, and audience engagement.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and quality assurance capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences and channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot); basic HTML knowledge is an asset.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and basic marketing analytics/reporting.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate with external vendors or partners.
- Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently or within a team environment.
- Must reside and be authorized to work in Canada.
