About the role
HNR Solutions Inc. is currently seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our healthcare team across the Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton , Markham, Vaughan. We are looking for dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in clinical and community healthcare environments. This role offers flexible opportunities for both entry-level and experienced practitioners, with competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests Develop and implement patient care plans Provide health education and preventative care Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing Master’s Degree in Nursing (NP or related specialization) from a program approved by the College of Nurses of Ontario Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience Valid Nurse Practitioner / RN license in Ontario Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
To practice nursing in Ontario, nurses must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario, which regulates nursing practice and ensures professional standards and patient safety.
Preferred Previous experience in primary care, community health, or long-term care Experience working with diverse patient populations Strong leadership and patient advocacy skills
