We are seeking 6 full-time family physicians to join an exciting new clinic in Qualicum Beach, called The Primrose Clinic. The beautiful clinic design has been tailored for team-based care and to meet the needs of its family physicians. In this spacious, well-resourced environment, we will support you to build a practice that reflects your clinical interests and personal goals — all while maintaining the work-life balance we all value.
Option to work under LFP, FFS or New-To-Practice Contract (upon application approval by Island Health)

Clinic Information:
A modern, thoughtfully designed family practice with space for 6–9 physicians,
allied health professionals, and resident learners
Benefits
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA) including:
Recruitment Incentive- $10,000 (for full-time)
Fee Premium- 4.62%.
Annual Flat Fee- $7,159.68
Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum in years 3&4, then increasing to a maximum
of $4,400 after 4 years in the community.
