As a Transaction Technician, you will play a key role in the rigorous and efficient processing of various administrative operations related to insurance contracts.

What You Will Accomplish With Us As a Transaction Technician, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Applying client premium checks to their respective policies
- Processing changes in client files (e.g., beneficiary, payment method, etc.) in the Workflow system
- Managing bank rejections
- Processing premium billing transactions
- Regularizing policies to activate them
- Performing daily tasks according to team needs
What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a college diploma (DEC)
- Has experience in an insurance administration department or at an MGA (an asset)
- Is recognized for strong organizational and analytical skills
- Stands out for the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Demonstrates great attention to detail and thoroughness in task execution
- Has proficiency with required computer tools
- Has 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar field
- Has beginner-level English proficiency, as the role involves writing emails and documentation in English for internal English-speaking partners on a daily basis
