Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Power BI, including design and development of interactive dashboards and reports.

• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL for advanced data analysis and modeling.

• Experience in building semantic models and star schemas aligned with enterprise data architecture.

• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity standards.

• Government approved Reliability Status security clearance.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Experience in optimizing Power BI datasets for performance and governance.

• Familiarity with Client Fabric and industry best practices.

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.

• Ensure consistency and standardization in metrics, KPIs, and data definitions.

• Partner with various departments to deliver meaningful insights.

• Present data findings clearly to nontechnical audiences.

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and data quality.
