Director, Growth Marketing Location: North York - Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Director, Growth Marketing to play a pivotal role in scaling our approach to patient acquisition, channel management and optimization, media buying and marketing analytics and reporting. Working alongside a talent and multi-faceted team, the Director, Growth Marketing will collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization in transforming how we support and drive patient acquisition, engagement and loyalty activities locally, regionally and nationally.

The ideal candidate will be able to think big and dig deep with a strong analytical mindset and extensive experience in performance marketing. Working alongside a talented team, this role is one where you can make a meaningful impact in advancing how we support Canadians from coast to coast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic practice marketing initiatives for Lifemark’s network of rehabilitation brands and clinics. Create comprehensive local marketing tools that enable clinics to successfully rollout tailored initiatives while complementing nationally-driven activities to increase brand visibility, patient acquisition, and regional clinic performance.
  • Oversee our content and community team by leading strategic content planning, shaping continued growth and evolution of our social presence including increasing engagement, improving social search, expanding our approach and collaboration with influencers and managing our social spend
  • Develop and maintain an omni-channel campaign calendar to drive net new patient acquisition and grow share of wallet. Plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns to ensure timely delivery, maximum impact across all marketing channels and robust reporting.
  • Take full accountability for managing performance across all marketing channels. Proactively uncover growth opportunities through experimentation and innovation to drive increased optimization, engagement and conversion.
  • Lead the production of high-impact digital creative assets across platforms like Meta, YouTube, Google Ads while ensuring seamless execution alongside internal teams and external partners.
  • Providing leadership within the team by collaborating and supporting the team; foster a culture rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and growth.
  • Develop strategies for partnership programs that drive incremental growth while expanding brand reach.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve efficiency/revenue/ROI across all acquisition channels to enhance and elevate our approach to patient acquisition, engagement and loyalty activities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by testing and adopting new growth strategies, tools, and tactics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years experience in progressive growth/performance marketing roles with proven success managing high-performance campaigns across digital platforms. Experience in healthcare/wellness, multi-site organizations and regulatory environments considered an asset.
  • Deep knowledge in digital advertising, media buying and a track record of managing high-performance campaigns.
  • Expertise using tools and testing methodologies for improving conversion rates; experience developing compelling ads driving conversions based on consumer insights/external trends.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency working within BI environments.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and multiple priorities with a strong service orientation.
