The Golf Barn is looking for a part-time golf instructor to join our team year-round. This role focuses on teaching beginner juniors and intermediate golfers, with training provided to ensure consistent instruction across all levels.

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure alignment with The Golf Barn’s structured teaching system and instructional standards. Responsibilities

  • Teach beginner junior golfers and intermediate adult golfers
  • Deliver private and small-group lessons
  • Follow The Golf Barn’s structured teaching system
  • Part-time, year-round indoor instruction
  • Support junior programs and seasonal clinics

Qualifications

  • Beginner or experienced PGA instructor welcome
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and teach within a consistent brand system

Compensation

  • Lesson-based compensation
  • Lessons at The Golf Barn are priced $75–$125 per session (bay rental between $35-40 per session)
