Job Description As a Supply Chain Analyst , you’ll be at the heart of ensuring materials flow seamlessly through our supply chain. Your mission: maintain material availability, optimize inventory levels, and support production schedules to meet customer demand. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering opportunities to collaborate across teams and contribute to critical project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex variables to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, especially for high-budget, long-lead materials.
• Aggregate demand requirements and assign supply priorities to ensure material availability across operations.
• Generate routine reports to detect and resolve issues proactively; maintain system data integrity and track KPIs.
• Execute strategic material planning initiatives and improvement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and planning teams to achieve zero-late and zero-defect performance.
• Represent the Materials team in meetings, providing updates on material performance and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
• 3–5 years in supply chain or inventory management.
• Professional certifications (CITT, SCMP, P.Log, PMP, etc.) considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
