Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and reliable Registered Nurses to join our team in a casual capacity across multiple locations. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, health teaching, and clinical support to clients in their homes, ensuring safe and effective care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for clients.
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management.
- Monitor and document client conditions, communicating changes to the care team.
- Educate clients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Adhere to all applicable professional, legal, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in client records.
Qualifications
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying client needs.
Employment Type: Casual – Flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on client needs.
