You'll be part of a high-impact team that moves fast, takes smart risks, and partner with our potential and current clients to create safe nightlife environments.

Bonus points if you've worked in or around the nightlife industry! If you understand the energy, challenges, and business of bars, clubs and hospitality groups, you'll feel right at home.

What You'll Do:

• Jump on inbound leads fast. Connect via phone, email and CRM to qualify prospects and match them with the right solution.

• Support prospective clients through the sales process from first contact to sale to onboarding and handoff with our Customer Success team

• Keep our CRM (Hubspot) squeaky clean with detailed notes on every interaction.

• Book highly qualified appointments for our Senior Sales Rep to close.

• Work closely with other team members, including our Account Executive and Customer Success team, to ensure smooth handoffs and a great customer experience.

• Maintain a consistent follow up cadence to maximize conversions.

• Pitch in on promotions, campaigns, and outreach efforts.

• Represent Patronscan at industry events, vendor expos and conferences to solicit new leads and build industry connections across North America.

We are a small but mighty team and are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a bias for action to help us meet our ambitious growth plans.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• 1-2 years in sales, customer service or a similar role (B2B or B2C experience).
• Experience and/or contacts in the bar, nightclub industry is a plus.
• Killer communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with CRMs like HubSpot or SalesForce to manage your pipeline, outreach, and goals.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow into a top performer.
