Are you passionate about doing meaningful work? Do you care about water as one of our most important resources? The Water Security Agency is seeking a Program Manager, Project Support to join our Infrastructure Engineering team.

We’re looking for a strategic project management leader with deep expertise in governance and standardized methodologies, who brings the leadership, influence, and change management capability to elevate project delivery and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

This position defines, maintains, and promotes project management standards across the organization. Serving as a central coordination point and center of excellence, the role provides expertise, guidance, and leadership to internal teams to strengthen project delivery practices. The incumbent leads the development and ongoing maintenance of the Project Management Manual, establishing standardized processes, guidelines, tools, and templates for consistent project execution.

Additionally, the position supports and monitors the early stages of project implementation to ensure alignment with organizational standards and objectives.

The successful candidate will have a Degree in Engineering and Professional Engineer Designation with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) with 8 years of progressively more responsible experience in project management. A professional project management designation is required.
