Could you be the full-time Project Coordinator in Toronto, ON we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Go Expansion Senior Management at the Turnkey level, ensuring the seamless coordination of project management office activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Systems S&TC, Electrification, Systems, Vehicle Suppliers, and transversal support functions), manage key project governance activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and reports, but also support senior management in managing key information and preparing presentations.
We’ll look to you for:
- Reporting internal and external KPIs
- Coordinating transversal internal and external reports
- Overarching needs for production on plans and procedures
- Coordinating meetings, diaries, and project governance issues across subsystems, partners, and customers
- Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for regular reporting
- Preparing and/or editing meeting minutes and presentations
- Following up on tasks and keeping track of due dates
- Applying analytical skills to compile summary documents, such as Monthly Progress Reports, Management Plans, and Project Delivery Reviews

- University/College degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent commercial background
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of railway products and systems

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities to foster collaboration within a matrix organization
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and provide clear reporting
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Power BI, Visio, macro programming languages, and project management software

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is $80,000 – $105,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
