Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Account Representative to help strengthen relationships with our existing clients. This role focuses on client outreach, follow-ups, and supporting successful implementations and training. The ideal candidate is a proactive doerwho thrives on rolling up their sleeves and driving results.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing clients through calls, emails, and check-ins to identify needs and opportunities.
- Build strong working relationships by understanding client challenges and connecting them to the right solutions.
- Coordinate with Account Managers or leadership to transition qualified opportunities for the next steps.
- Support new client onboarding, training, and field implementation of our software tools.
- Deliver live product demonstrations and training sessions, both virtually and in person.
- Gather client feedback and relay insights to internal teams to help improve our products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM tools.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as account coordination, sales support, or customer success.
- Must have experience in the energy industry, particularly oil and gas.
- Must have experience in the software or technology sector or be tech savvy.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Comfortable conducting outreach via phone, email, and video calls with professionalism and persistence.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for field and office teams.
- Experience with field-based technologies, GIS, or regulatory workflows is an asset but not required.
- A true doer who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company and takes ownership of their work.
