About the Role:
Rentsync is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for both generating new business with small and mid-sized clients and managing a portfolio of existing accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about developing sales skills, building relationships and close deals.

This is a hybrid position, candidates will be asked to report to Rentsync's Toronto office 2 days per week on average.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Actively prospect for and qualify new business opportunities for all Rentsync products and services.
  • Account Management: Nurture and maintain day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Business Growth: Identify and drive opportunities for growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling Rentsync's solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product and development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the evolution of our offerings.
  • Additional Duties as Required: May include trade show attendance and occasional travel

Essential Skills, Abilities & Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior sales experience in SaaS or advertising preferred
  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot is an asset
  • Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry
