Senior Manager, Marketing and Leasing

Join our team, by stepping into the pivotal role of Senior Manager, Marketing and Leasing. Take the lead in shaping the strategic branding and marketing initiatives for our diverse portfolio. What you will do:

  • Assume ownership of the strategic and integrated organizational and asset brand.
  • Own and maintain the organizational and asset brand, ensuring consistency across platforms and adapting branding as needed.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team responsible for leasing multifamily residential units, overseeing marketing programs to drive traffic inclusive of current and new construction lease up activities, optimize leads, and increase revenue.
  • Maintain and Establish KPIs, reporting dashboards, tracking ROI, and presenting findings to executives.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, analyze internal and external data for industry insights and/or trends, and manage online presence across various platforms.
  • Implement focused strategies on online reputation management and integrating resident feedback into campaigns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, manage budgets, implement leasing technologies, and oversee third-party vendors to achieve marketing goals.
  • Define targets, adjust campaigns for effectiveness, align collateral with brand, and innovate social media strategy for enhanced engagement.
  • Community engagement building relationships with local businesses and promoting events.
  • Maintain website integrity, organize marketing materials, and stay updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for:

  • University Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate, hospitality, or other institutional industries (Agency and 3rd party investor experience considered an asset).
  • 3+ years of experience in a management/leadership role.
  • Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) is essential, experience in new build lease up advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as knowledge with InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Online CMS modules.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Innovative problem solver with creative mindset.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Residential property management experience is considered an asset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to optimize portfolio performance.
