Canadian Shield Health Care Services is in search of a outgoing, kind, and ambitious Clinical Nurse Lead to work in the Company’s home care division and potential clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing and a current practicing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• With Three (3) Years Home Care Supervisor
• Registered Nurse
• Certified in First Aid & CPR

Responsibilities May Include

• Complete Client Initial Assessments & Interim reports.
• Complete and Enter new clients, updates, etc. into software.
• Receive and follow-up on client concerns, changes in conditions, etc.
• Updating and changing staff schedules when required.
• Support Clients and Employees via telephone, email and on site when required.
• Provide on-call clinical support for medical emergencies.
• Support nurses in the field and perform nursing-related tasks.
• Audit nurses' documentation and conduct performance/educational meetings.
