Canadian Shield Health Care Services is in search of a outgoing, kind, and ambitious Clinical Nurse Lead to work in the Company’s home care division and potential clinical setting.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing and a current practicing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- With Three (3) Years Home Care Supervisor
- Registered Nurse
- Certified in First Aid & CPR

Responsibilities May Include
- Complete Client Initial Assessments & Interim reports.
- Complete and Enter new clients, updates, etc. into software.
- Receive and follow-up on client concerns, changes in conditions, etc.
- Updating and changing staff schedules when required.
- Support Clients and Employees via telephone, email and on site when required.
- Provide on-call clinical support for medical emergencies.
- Support nurses in the field and perform nursing-related tasks.
- Audit nurses' documentation and conduct performance/educational meetings.
