What You Will Accomplish With Us As a Training Specialist / Digital Instructional Designer, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities:
- Design digital training modules: video capsules, microlearning, interactive modules (Rise), guides, and practical tutorials
- Analyze training needs in collaboration with internal teams
- Structure and simplify technical content to make it pedagogically effective
- Produce and edit multimedia content (videos, visuals, interactive content)
- Write scripts, scenarios, storyboards, and instructional documents
- Facilitate or co‑facilitate virtual training sessions (Teams) and occasionally in‑person sessions
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the training offering

- Is recognized for their creativity and pedagogical rigor
- Stands out for their ability to simplify and explain technical content
- Demonstrates strong mastery of digital design tools (Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, AI voice tools)
- Is known for their strong collaboration skills and advisory mindset
- Has 2 to 5 years of experience in digital instructional design
- Has an advanced level of English, as the person will be required to communicate, speak, write, and develop training in English for unilingual English-speaking teams and clients on a regular and frequent basis
