We’re currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Chevrolet Kamloops. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this might be the opportunity for you.
The Drive Ahead
- Greet customers and guide them through the service experience with professionalism and care
- Clearly document vehicle concerns and communicate service recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Keep customers informed with timely updates and transparent repair timelines
- Process repair orders, warranty claims, and invoices with attention to detail
- Use dealership systems (CDK/PBS) to manage appointments and follow-up
- Meet service targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
Performance Essentials
- 1–2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role (automotive experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with dealership software and digital tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed (approx. 40 hours/week)
