About the role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Polisher Technician with exceptional skills in polishing, detailing, and surface finishing of both metal and composite panels. This role focuses on delivering show-quality finishes on high-end automotive vehicles, requiring precision, craftsmanship, and a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality painting, polishing, and detailing of automotive body panels
- Prepare and finish metal and composite surfaces to premium standards
- Execute surface preparation, sanding, masking, priming, painting, and clear coating
- Carry out final polishing and detailing to achieve flawless, high-gloss finishes
- Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with high-end quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized paint and finishing environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a paint technician in automotive or aerospace environments
- Highly skilled in polishing and detailing of metal and composite panels
- Experience working on high-end or luxury vehicles strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of surface preparation, paint systems, and finishing techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and meet high-quality expectations
