Profil recherché : Minimum diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) 5 ou équivalent Bonne connaissance de la langue française (à l’oral et à l’écrit) Intérêt de se développer dans une compagnie d’envergure au niveau manufacturier Intérêt à travailler sur des équipements mécaniques Être familier avec l'informatique, notamment l’entrée de données Capacité à travailler en équipe et dynamisme Vos responsabilités : Supporter les différentes lignes de production de l’usine Opérer les équipements et/ou des systèmes informatisés Travailler au procédé- au remplissage ou à l’emballage des produits Effectuer le lavage des équipements et l’entretien de son environnement de travail Participer activement aux initiatives d’amélioration continue Ce que nous offrons : Salaire débutant à 27.25$/h Prime de quart et augmentation annuelle Régime de retraite : jusqu’à 8% de contribution employeur Assurance collective (médical, dentaire, vision etc.) couverte à 100% par l’employeur dès le 1er jour Quarante heures de maladie après un an de service Bonus annuel selon la performance (jusqu’à 3.5%) Magasin avec rabais pour les employés Infirmière - médecin disponible sur place Activités sociales (Foodtrucks, etc…) Service de cafétéria jour / soir / nuit Stationnement gratuit 24/7 Possibilités d'avancements Environnement de travail : L'usine de Classe Mondiale de Kraft Heinz située à Ville Mont-Royal gère des opérations sur 7 jours - 24 heures et offre un environnement de fabrication diversifiée.
