- provide outstanding customer service at all times;
- receive and enter telephone orders, ensure that orders are properly assembled using the various tools at your disposal, while respecting the cold chain;
- communicate with the customer to offer alternative products to ensure the best customer experience;
- enter the transaction and payment method on the cash register system.
