As a ServiceNow GRC Developer at eBay, you'll join a team that's passionate about pushing the boundaries of ecommerce. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to develop the future of our platform and compose exceptional experiences for millions of users around the world. Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for Third-party Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Privacy Management application
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to determine requirements and implement solutions.
- Build and implement workflows to support business processes seamlessly.
- Build and maintain integrations with risk intelligence providers and vendor systems.
- Develop and complete automated test plans to ensure flawless functionality.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Provide support and development assistance for other solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Regularly update ServiceNow Workspaces to maintain an efficient workflow.
Required Skills
- Proficient in scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.).
- Expertise in Flow Designer and Workflow Automation.
- Strong skills in Table, Form, Workspace, and UI configuration.
- Experience with integration development (REST/Spoke).
- Ability to generate insightful reports and perform platform analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with mentorship from the development lead and product manager.
- Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing abilities.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Third-party Risk Management (CIS-TPRM)
- Highly Desirable: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Additional Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
C$98,800 - C$131,900
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
