Required Skills:

• good years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant, preferably in Finance, Insurance, or related domains.
• good years of experience working with SAP technologies, with preferred domain experience in SAP BTP services (e.g., Integration Suite, Workflow, Business Rules, Fiori/UI5).
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with full project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, system integration, and pro cess automation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across business and IT teams.
• Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Director, Technology Delivery, the Senior Business Systems Analyst

• BTP plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery and ongoing operations of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions.

• This role bridges business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that BTP initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.

• The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, deep experience in business process design, and a solid understanding of SAP BTP services and enterprise integration.

• This role requires a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Support the team in delivering BTP initiatives by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to define and document functional and technical specifications.

• Lead the analysis, scoping, and planning of BTP-related projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive consensus among stakeholders.

• Participate in the full solution lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Ensure BTP applications meet business and compliance requirements, including security, data integrity, and performance.

• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance the user experience through automation and innovation.
