Proposed Scope for the Summer Student: The primary need is support in cleaning up and organizing document control files (project documents and drawing files) to improve version control, traceability, and day-to-day efficiency.
- Consolidate project documents and drawing files from shared and external drives into the correct directories, following the required file structure.
- Apply consistent naming conventions and review/update key document attributes (title, document number, revision, and dates) to support accuracy and traceability.
- Support the Engineering team with early project scoping and provide technical input for smaller MOC projects that require Engineering oversight, under guidance from the team.
#What We Need From You:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow defined document control, naming, and filing standards.
- Organized and comfortable working with large sets of files in shared drives (Windows file structure) and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) to track progress and updates.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
