Description Required to assist office over the summer to cover vacation leaves. Prior experience working with Legal is required due to lack of personnel to train.
Job Description Under broad supervision this position requires the incumbent to perform a variety of assignments requiring special knowledge of a particular area of concentration, requiring judgment and decision making when dealing with exceptions from established guidelines and procedures. Duties may include supervise & provide direction to staff & oversee daily office operations, preparation of various financial statements, maintaining records, document preparation / verification, maintaining inventory, distribution of inter-office mail. Requirements Grade XI plus four years’ related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
